"You’re still excited and nervous about how to approach scenes and things like that but that’s part of the joy of being an actor. And once you get it on set and you have other actors there as well, there’s a different interaction, a different energy. But you do spend a lot of time on your own thinking and talking to yourself. You do. That’s what I do. I walk a lot. I talk to myself out loud. Trying to make things work in your own head and saying your lines out loud. And you just walk and walk and walk and talk and talk and talk until they’re in there and they’re second nature to you and you don’t actually have to think. You can just react."
