Not sure if anyone has been able to get a definitive answer about this shot. Still, you can see Aerys Targaryen on the Iron Throne in the background. Was this filmed for the pilot? Was it for a dream sequence? Is Sean Bean taking the place of Brandon in the shot?

HBO Dutch and HBO Poland -possibly others- currently feature Episode 2 on their HBOGo apps. Naturally, the episode appeared online for torrent and download within hours of its release on those platforms. HBO has not commented on whether or not [early release of episodes] will continue for the remainder of the season.
For the sake of those who do not subscribe to the subsidiaries/partners offering HBOGo (with the next episode) or would prefer to watch the show as it airs rather than torrent or DL, please tag ALL gifs, pics and comments for the next week’s unaired episode of Game of Thrones as #GoT Leaks for the remainder of the season.
